Training on track

After one month back on regular training it seems I am on track again. 70km a week for first four weeks, lost 1.5kg and digging into my favour snack (pre- and post training). Nutella 3kg

I also tested the new Altra running shoes, which at first steps seem very comfortable (wide toe box and light) however especially the road model (right model) with hardly any cushioning and that zero drop caused my right knee pain to flare up again, so sadly I had to drop back to my old Hokka One One to avoid injury. Next weekend is kind of rest weekend – going skiing for four days – let’s call it cross training.  13631578_1241085052569990_2288572624165464138_n
