After some good weeks of getting back on track I decided to have some fun in the snow for a few days. Let’s call this a cross training getaway. Four days of hardcore skiing in Thredbo was certainly fun and even so less hard work than running 3 or 4 hours it was a good workout.
I returned from the snow with a minor cold which put a damper on the weekly km tally but now back on 70+ a week and looking like being on track for November.
